List of Works for the CZECH DANCE PLATFORM 2016 Festival Revealed
The following list of nine works represent CZECH DANCE PLATFORM 2016, festival of contemporary dance and movement theatre.
The works were chosen out of thirty-five by a dramaturgical jury consisting of Petra Hauerová, Martin Macháček, Pavel Štorek, Nina Vangeli and Yvona Kreuzmannová sharing a vote with Markéta Perroud.
These pieces of art create a base for the 2016 CZECH DANCE PLATFORM 2016 Festival:
• Prague Pride & Nadar Rosano: Dogtown
• NANOHACH / Michal Záhora: DEVOID
• Spitfire Company / Miřenka Čechová: Sniper's Lake
• Andrea Miltnerová & Jan Komárek: Tranzmutation
• Tereza Ondrová, Peter Šavel: As Long As Holding Hands
• VerTeDance / Jaro Viňarský: Absent
• Věra Ondrašíková and Collective: GUIDE
• Jiří Bartovanec: Entropy
• Farm in the Cave: Disconnected
The CZECH DANCE PLATFORM Festival will take place from Wednesday, April 20 to Friday, April 22 at various performance spaces: PONEC – the dance venue, Archa Theatre, ALTA Studio, Alfred ve dvoře Theatre, La Fabrika, DOX and Experimental Space NoD.
The work Lesson of Touch by The Tantehorse Company was excluded from the final selection after consultation with the artists, Miřenka Čechová and Jiří Bartovanec, both of whom have other pieces in the programme.
Within the active spectator project Be SpectACTive! were organized meetings of Audience Jury, which had to recommend three works from all the pieces to CZECH DANCE PLATFROM programme.
They have chosen these performances:

• Jiří Bartovanec: Entropy
• Andrea Miltnerová & Jan Komárek: Tranzmutation
